7.LED Module Light Installation Precautions
(1) Pre-installation inspection
1.Make sure the accessories are complete (LED module light bar, waterproof connector, fixing clips/backing glue, etc.), check the light body is not broken, wiring exposed.
2.Use the original 24V adapter.
(2) Environment and location requirements
1.The ambient temperature during installation is recommended to be between -20℃~50℃, extreme temperatures need to be left for 30 minutes before operation.
2.Wipe the mounting surface with alcohol before pasting to ensure that there is no dust and oil, and to enhance the adhesion of the adhesive backing.
(3) Splicing and wiring specifications
1.Align the male and female plugs when splicing, and extend the single LED module light not more than 10 meters to prevent pressure drop.
2.Use cable channel or waterproof adhesive to fix the exposed wires, avoid direct sunlight or mechanical abrasion.
(4) Safety and Maintenance
1.Be sure to disconnect the power supply during installation, cleaning or maintenance.
2.Check the sealing of the joints every month and make sure the light body is not loose after extreme weather.
3.Self-disassembly of the lamp body or modify the circuit will affect the warranty, need to contact the after-sales service.
